You are responsible for all losses which result from the improper use or misuse of your password.
YACHTING24 GmbH is liable in the event of negligence being attributable to it, but only to the extent that it contributed to the loss. In the case of problems with the online systems, and in particular improper data transfer and temporary or permanent system failures, YACHTING24 GmbH is only liable in the event of wilful or gross negligence.
