This cruising area includes European coastal waters and the Mediterranean coast of Turkey up to 200 nautical miles offshore, as well as European rivers and inland waterways. In estuaries, an imaginary continuation of the coastline forms the boundary between the inland waterways and the neighbouring sea. The waters of The Dardanelles, the Sea of Marmara and the Black Sea are not included in this cruising area.
