• Cover applies to the vessel named in the policy, the machinery, equipment, inventory, tenders and fittings.
• Yacht hull insurance covers partial losses as well as the total loss of your own boat - but not damage to other boats!
• You may also choose to include personal effects, trailers, extended transportation, unlimited wreck and salvage costs, racing risks and repair costs (materials and labour) in the event of partial losses, without any reduction for age.
• A fixed sum insured is agreed between the owner and YACHTING24 (agreed value) which is valid for the 3 year policy period. At the end of the three years, your boat is insured for its current value.
• The value of your yacht can change (upgraded equipment, refit etc.). You can amend the value at any time online.
